   使用 myLewis portal for review of all financial aid documents and awards. To access the 金融援助 tab select the 金融援助 icon, then scroll down to the section “金融援助 Awards” and select “Accept 金融援助 Award Offer” to review. In order to receive your Federal loan and/or Federal work study you must accept those awards in your myLewis portal. 

   注意: You should have received a letter from the 招生办公室 with your myLewis portal username and password.

   登入 myLewis portal and use the New Student user type.  Follow steps 1 thru 5 to secure your enrollment with Lewis. This includes the $150 tuition deposit. 
   All deposits are refundable until May 1 for fall enrollment or December 1 for spring.

   If you plan to live on campus, login to the myLewis portal and submit the online housing application. 住房 Applications will only be considered complete once the application form and tuition deposit have been received.  住房 assignments for new students are made on a first come first serve basis and will be sent to students in late May or early June.

6. PARTICIPATE IN NEW FLYER ORIENTATION [ + ]

   Our New Flyer Registration program will get you started with your Lewis Experience by providing academic advising, assisting with class registration and more. Admitted students will receive email communication from the 招生办公室 about New Flyer Registration dates as they become available.

   Classes you took or are still taking at another institution need to be verified once you enroll. If you’ve completed coursework at more than one university, you will need to send in transcripts from all institutions attended.

   Helpful Tips about Immunization Requirements:

   • All students enrolled in six or more credit hours on the 罗马oville campus must provide evidence of the State of Illinois immunization requirements for college attendance.
   • These requirements are separate from any athletics or program-specific requirements, and it is the responsibility of the student to submit the required immunization records before the semester deadline (Fall semester: September 1st, 春季学期:2月1日). Students who have not submitted proof of all required immunizations by the compliance deadline will have a registration hold placed on their student 账户, which will prevent any future class registration or schedule changes. The hold cannot be removed until ALL requirements have been met.
   • 路易斯大学 has partnered with 地中海+普氏 for immunization record verification.
